What a SPECTACULAR wedding day!
Some days feel like they were written in the stars—and Chris and Belinda’s wedding was one of them. Bathed in golden sunshine and framed by the lush elegance of Burnham Grove Estate, their wedding day was nothing short of enchanting. They were blessed with the most incredible weather for their Burnham Grove wedding! Right in the middle of a wet and rainy week, the sun made a glorious appearance just in time for their special day!
Chris and Bel met more than 10 years ago and in Bel’s own words, “We first met in 2014 while both working at the Regional Processing Centre, Manus Island, PNG. I was teaching, Chris was in security, and as he puts it, he selflessly volunteered to be my escort in the classroom. He was my real-life bodyguard, my Kevin Costner.” They kept in touch and in 2023, enjoyed their first date over coffee.Â
From the very beginning of their day, it was clear this wasn’t just a celebration of two souls joining in marriage – it was a gathering of love, anchored by the presence of family and friends who’ve stood by them through every chapter. Their guests didn’t just witness a union; they became part of a tapestry of moments woven with laughter, tears, and heartfelt embraces. One of the most touching elements of the day was seeing their three sons share in it – not just as attendees, but as quiet anchors of joy and pride. Whether it was the sweet glances exchanged during the ceremony or the energy they brought to the dance floor, their presence added a depth of meaning that made every moment resonate even more.
