Andrew and Rebecca’s Wedding Day
I had been so excited to finally photograph a wedding at the glorious Burnham Grove Estate. I can honestly say it did not disappoint. Andrew and Rebecca’s special day was something else and everything around them radiated their shared joy!
Getting ready in the historic homestead provided so many gorgeous spaces for photos. Having a wedding venue that provides space for their couples to get ready on sight is such a game changer! With the historic homestead on site, I was spoilt for choice and every aspect was perfect for their bride and groom prep.
The Secret Garden was a sublime choice for the wedding ceremony location. Surrounded by tall green hedges, it created a private and secluded area for their guests. Rebecca was escorted to the ceremony by Andrew’s father and then her mother walked her daughter down the aisle. There were tears and laughter as they said I DO!
Strolling around the breathtaking gardens, we explored every nook, seeking out all the best light. Stealing the 2 of them away from the crowds allowed them to relax and enjoy some tender moments trying to keep eachother warm – because it was freezing!
Kicking off into wedding reception party mode, these two danced their way into a perfect evening filled with side splitting speeches and some of the most divine catering. With formalities done and dusted, the open dance floor really took things up a notch. There were some killer dance moves, some chilly night shots in the gardens before a sensational sparkler send off into the night.
Congratulations to our super fun newlyweds Andrew and Rebecca. We thank you both so much for allowing us to tell your unique love story!
